报告摘要：

The development of artificial intelligence is entering a “midgame moment,” accelerating within a complex landscape shaped by the interplay of technological expectations, capital investment, and engineering realities. In the current wave of AI advancement, China and the United States have exhibited markedly different development trajectories: the United States prioritizes technological breakthroughs toward artificial general intelligence (AGI), whereas China places greater emphasis on industrial integration under the paradigm of “AI+.” Despite these divergent strategic focuses, both sides face common constraints related to computing power supply, data accessibility, and energy consumption. We argue that the key to breaking through the current AI competition lies in a paradigm shift from the mere scaling of model parameters toward a new data-intelligent decision-making framework based on large-model collaboration. As a result, AI competition is increasingly moving beyond model performance itself and toward competition in system-level decision-making capability, organized intelligence, and long-term governance capacity. As one of the core scenarios for the commercialization of artificial intelligence, recommender systems have become deeply embedded in everyday life, with their performance critically dependent on abundant user–item interaction data. However, the continuous emergence of new users and new items causes recommender systems to widely suffer from cold-start and data sparsity problems, which substantially constrain model performance and system robustness. To address these challenges, we propose a graph contrastive learning–based recommendation framework that performs collaborative representation learning by integrating multi-view information. This approach effectively alleviates data sparsity and cold-start issues.

报告人简介：

寇纲现任全国政协委员、湘江实验室副主任，西南财经大学大数据研究院院长、中国系统工程学会副理事长、长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国务院享受政府特殊津贴专家。主持社科重大等多项科研课题；在Science，Nature子刊，UTD24期刊（ISR, JOC）和ICML、AAAI、KDD等顶会发表200余篇论文，H指数77，论文被他人引用2万余次。以第一完成人身份获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学一等奖、人文社会科学一等奖等多项省部级科研奖励，所撰写的10余份政策建议曾获得习近平总书记等中央领导人批示。
