Program Introduction

1.Program of General MBAThis program inherits the characteristics and advantages of traditional standard on-the-job programs, and combines globalization with localization orientations. The core values of this program are to provide opportunities for systematically learning management disciplines, to cultivate and strengthen students' leadership skills, to stimulate their potential and to expand their strength, promoting and improving their competitive advantages.The College of Economics and Management of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), is an advocate and practitioner of the education and training of management in China. As early as the early 1980s, the college had accepted the commission from Department of Aviation, and conducted different types of education and training of business administration in the system. In 1999, in cooperation with the University of South Australia, the college successfully held two MBA classes. In 2001, it took the lead in launching MBA related curriculum education in the industry of CNAC industrial enterprises. Since 2006, it has been approved by the Degree Committee Office of the State Council to formally recruit MBA students. Now, the college has trained more than 2600 MBA students and has transported a large number of outstanding professional elites of business administration for the community.

2.Program of 3A Navigator (Focus on “3A” Industries) This program focuses on the industries with significant impacts in fields of Aeronautics, Astronautics and Civil Aviation (shorten as ‘3A’), is in perfect accord with the needs of the country and regions, and possesses a good social reputation. The characteristics and advantages of discipline direction in the aspects of strategic planning and management , military and civil integration of technical economics and innovation management, human resource management, production and service operation management of the‘3A’ industries, are brought into play.

3.Program of AM Navigator (Based on Advanced Manufacturing Industries)This program orients to Advanced Manufacturing Industry (shorten as ‘AM’) in Yangtze River Delta region. The core values of this program are to provide opportunities for systematically learning management disciplines, to cultivate advanced manufacturing and complex equipment managerial talents with international vision and innovative spirit.

4.Program of International Business MBAThis program is internationalized oriented, serving Jiangsu, facing the world. The core values of this program lie in helping the middle and senior managers of enterprises, as well as the core administrators of international business, to broaden their international vision and strategic thinking, and to enhance their capabilities of integrating of resources towards the whole world.In order to meet the needs of the development of the MBA program, in cooperation with Missouri State University, NUAA provides the opportunities for MBA students and qualified students of other specialties to study in the United States for one-year study period. The qualified students will receive the MBA degree from Missouri State University, which is accredited by the Ministry of Education of China, and will enjoy the treatment of returned overseas students according to national regulations.

Registration Conditions

Candidates who apply for MBA must meet one of the following requirements:

1.Obtained a college degree or an undergraduate completion in a university recognized by the national education authority with 4 years or more working experience;

2.Obtained a bachelor degree with 2 years or more working experience;

3.Obtained a master degree with 1 year or more working experience.
