报告摘要：

This presentation aims to provide a comprehensive investigation of key terminologies, concepts and techniques related to the use of digital twin in the architectural, engineering and construction industry based on more than 10 years of research experience. Specifically, it covers digital model building, real-time data collection, and advanced big data analytics to make informed decisions. Real life case studies in the building, road, oil and gas industries are provided to demonstrate the usefulness of these technologies. Future trend related to the use of digital twin in the industry will also be discussed.

报告人简介：

吴鹏教授毕业于清华大学和新加坡国立大学，目前任职与澳大利亚科廷大学设计与建筑学院教授，与可持续环境研究中心数字工程主任。主要研究方向包括数字孪生技术，工程碳排新型计算方法以及应用，工程大数据的探索以及应用。吴鹏教授于2015年获得澳洲国家自然科学基金优青项目。目前一共发表超过100篇高质量SCI期刊文章，获得近6000次的学术引用。
