Organizations in various industries inevitably face changing environment, which further leads to organizational change. This talk introduces the paradigm of organizational change and its relevance to organizational learning, culture, motivation, and leadership theories. The theoretical links between these organizational behavior theories provide theoretical implications for future research on any types of change in organizations.

报告人简介：

赵宪博博士现任澳大利亚中央昆士兰大学工程与技术学部副教授和博士生导师。赵教授分别于2007年和2010年获得东南大学工程管理专业学士和硕士学位，于2014年获得新加坡国立大学博士学位。赵教授研究领域包含建筑风险和安全，可持续建设，以及建设组织管理等。发表英文期刊论文100余篇，含5篇高被引文章，谷歌学术引用5479次，H指数41。赵教授于2020年和2021年入选斯坦福大学‘世界前2%顶尖研究者’榜单，于2021年被《澳大利亚人报》年度研究期刊评为建筑领域‘顶尖研究者’和可持续发展领域‘研究新星’，并获得中央昆士兰大学‘校长杰出研究奖’。赵教授目前担任2个国际期刊副主编和4个国际期刊编委，和多个国家和地区的研究基金评审专家。
